FP&A Specialist

FP&A Analyst | 5-15 Years | Bengaluru/Chennai Seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst with strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.

The role involves managing P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, preparing rolling forecasts, performing scenario and stress-testing analysis, driving profitability and cost analysis, and supporting management reporting and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong Finance & Accounting fundamentals, preferably with Banking/Financial Services experience, advanced Excel skills, exposure to planning tools such as Anaplan, SAP BPC, Hyperion, FCSS, or Oracle Fusion, and excellent analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

CA, MBA Finance, or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
