Kandou AI is hiring a Platform Software Integration & Validation Lead for the Randa 1.6T AEC platform in Hyderabad, India.

The role supports high-speed, energy-efficient chip-to-chip link and AI memory-fabric products.

Lead integration and validation of platform software above Randa AEC firmware, including module management, diagnostics, telemetry, and test automation.
Translate architecture into interfaces, implementation plans, and milestones across firmware, ASIC, validation, and product teams.
Develop reference host software and C/Python tooling for management flows, state transitions, telemetry, and failure recovery.
Own pre-silicon and post-silicon validation, first-silicon bring-up, and root-cause debugging.
Build scalable regression, conformance, and release-readiness workflows with CI/CD, static analysis, and automated testing.
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and document defects, interfaces, and validation results.

8+ years of embedded or platform software integration and validation experience on shipping SoCs, networking silicon, or high-speed interconnect products.
Strong C or C++ and Python experience across embedded Linux, RTOS, or bare-metal systems.
System-level debugging across hardware, firmware, drivers, and applications, including board or SoC bring-up with JTAG.
