Platform Engineer

Strong software engineering skills, with demonstrated depth in at least one language

Strong grounding in testing - frameworks, architecture, and approaches across unit, integration, and contract

Experience building and running containerised workloads in production

Experience with IaC - one or more of CloudFormation/CDK, Terraform, Pulumi

Experience designing and building CI/CD pipelines

Experience building tooling or automation that other engineers depend on

Strong communication skills

A track record of working effectively with engineers and stakeholders outside your immediate team

Hands-on experience in an environment practicing genuine continuous release

Automated release processes and progressive delivery

Experience instrumenting production systems for observability
