Role Overview
Balsam is seeking an experienced and qualified Plastic Surgeon to join its expanding medical team.
The role covers aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, surgical and non-surgical procedures, and comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Medical degree with recognized specialization in Plastic Surgery is required.
- Valid DHA license as a Specialist or Consultant Plastic Surgeon is required.
- Three to five years of relevant UAE experience is required.
- Proven aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery experience is required.
- Expertise in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures is required.
- Strong patient assessment, treatment planning, surgical care, and post-operative management skills are required.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and patient relationship skills are required.
- Commitment to patient safety, clinical quality, and ethical practice is required.
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team is required.
- An established UAE patient base is advantageous.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
Responsibilities
- Provide aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery care.
- Perform or oversee surgical and non-surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Assess patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide surgical care and post-operative management.
- Maintain patient safety, clinical quality, and ethical standards.
- Conduct consultations and maintain effective patient relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
