Responsibilities
- Apply cement plaster, gypsum plaster, and skim coat to walls and ceilings
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying bonding agents
- Mix plaster, cement, sand, and other materials to correct consistency
- Repair cracks, holes, damaged plaster, and uneven surfaces
- Install levelling pads accurately using laser level
- Perform internal and external plastering works
- Create smooth, level, and textured finishes as specified in project drawings
- Install plaster beads, corner beads, and expansion joints
- Coordinate with supervisors and team to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area
- Follow company safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Plaster Mason in construction or interior fit out projects
- Experience with cement plaster, gypsum plaster, skim coating, and rendering
- Ability to produce smooth, high quality finishes
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and plaster application methods
- Physically fit and capable of working on construction sites

Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plaster Mason to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying plaster, cement, and related finishing materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for residential, commercial, and fit out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply cement plaster, gypsum plaster, and skim coat to walls and ceilings
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying bonding agents where required
- Mix plaster, cement, sand, and other materials to the correct consistency
