About Us

Expride Contracting is a growing design & build contracting company based in Dubai, specializing in high-end villa renovations, fit-out, and turnkey construction projects.

We manage projects from design approvals through execution and handover, with a strong focus on quality, organization, and client communication.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant / Accountant to support daily company operations, accounting tasks, project coordination, and office administration.

Administrative Duties

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination
  • Organize company files, project documents, quotations, invoices, and receipts
  • Prepare letters, quotations, reports, and basic contracts
  • Follow up with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients regarding payments and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist management with daily operational tasks and project coordination
  • Manage and track company expenses and purchase records
  • Support HR and recruitment tasks when required

Accounting & Finance Duties

  • Record daily expenses and income accurately
  • Maintain bookkeeping records and financial spreadsheets
  • Prepare invoices, payment requests, and supplier payment tracking
  • Track project-related expenses and budgets
  • Assist with VAT-related documentation and accounting records
  • Coordinate with the company accountant/auditor when required
  • Ensure all receipts, quotations, and financial documents are properly organized

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of construction or contracting industry operations
  • Ability to read and organize technical/project-related documents
  • Photoshop and PDF editing skills are highly preferred
  • Experience preparing professional presentations or reports is a plus

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, accounting, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with bookkeeping/accounting software is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
  • Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
