- Safe operation of front end loader and other quarry mobile plant as required (Front Face Loader, Excavator)
- Learning to find mechanical faults and conducting basic maintenance and plant housekeeping
- Active participation in problem solving and continuous improvement activities
- Participation in safety initiatives including pre starts, toolboxes and incident reporting
- Managing daily administration, including stock control and reporting when required
- Inspecting and maintaining plant equipment and trucks
- General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment
Requirements
- A strong safety focus and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Sound computer skills for batching, reporting, and stock management
- Proven experience operating machinery such as loaders, excavators and dump trucks
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Self motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
- Availability to work shift work

Your Next Opportunity
- Based out of our Lysterfield quarry, we have exciting opportunities available for loader, excavator and haul truck operators to join our high performing and committed team.
- As the newest member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking operational duties in a safe and responsible manner.
Your Day will involve
- Safe operation of front end loader and other quarry mobile plant as required (Front Face Loader, Excavator)
- Learning to find mechanical faults and conducting basic maintenance and plant housekeeping
