- Produce quality concrete by accurately batching orders with our dedicated systems
- Safely operate a front end loader to prepare materials for batching
- Take ownership of stock control, raw materials, and monthly forecasts
- Be actively involved in safety initiatives including pre starts, toolboxes and reporting
- Keep the yard safe and tidy through general maintenance and housekeeping
Requirements
- Genuine interest in the concrete industry — no experience needed as full training is provided
- Confidence using computers and working across multiple systems
- Flexibility, a team focused mindset, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
