- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure efficient and reliable operation of equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems and develop and execute maintenance plans to minimize downtime
- Analyze data to identify trends, diagnose problems, and develop solutions to improve equipment reliability and performance
- Collaborate with production teams, management, and suppliers to develop and execute maintenance plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations and identify potential safety hazards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, schematics, and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 3 years of relevant work experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and knowledge of equipment and machinery
- Ability to analyze information, diagnose problems, and develop solutions
