Maintain responsibility for the plant's building infrastructure, utilities, and facility systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and execute preventative maintenance strategies for facility-related equipment and systems.
Manage facility upgrades, contractor activities, and site improvement projects.

Provide technical support for production challenges and process improvements.
Assist with capacity planning and manufacturing process enhancements.
Support new product introductions and process validation activities.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend implementation opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is considered a strong asset.
7+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of project management experience leading operational improvement projects.
Demonstrated facility management and plant engineering experience.
Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement programs.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, utilities, production systems, and maintenance practices.
