The Blowmold Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating the daily activities of the Blowmold Department to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality plastic containers that support Kinpak's manufacturing operations.
This position supervises production employees, coordinates machine setups and changeovers, monitors production performance, ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, and promotes continuous improvement throughout the department.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or technical training in Plastics Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering preferred or may consider formal training and experience in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of 5 years of blow molding manufacturing experience.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
with extrusion blow molding equipment, molds, auxiliary equipment, and resin handling systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of plastic processing, quality standards, and production scheduling.
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software/ERP systems.
