Plant Controller

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA strongly preferred

5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with demonstrated leadership responsibility

In-depth knowledge of GAAP, standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing financial operations

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel for financial modeling and variance analysis

Experience managing a financial close process and delivering accurate, timely monthly financial statements

Preferred

Manufacturing industry accounting experience — standard costing, WIP, production variances, and inventory reserves in a plant environment

ERP system experience with direct involvement in an ERP implementation or optimization initiative

Experience partnering with operations leadership as a strategic financial advisor, not just a reporting function

Background in distribution or multi-entity accounting environments
