Plant Controller - Enhance financial transparency and drive operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment.

Deliver financial insights on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Manufacturing Operating Expenses, enable informed strategic decisions through comprehensive analytics, performance monitoring, and financial planning.

Develop, implement, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), assess productivity initiatives, and support capital expenditures (CAPEX), cost savings programs, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.

Create and monitor action plans aimed at improving operational results.

Lead the preparation of insightful variance analyses and ad-hoc financial reports aligned with organizational objectives.

Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and yearly operations performance reports, including variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
