We are seeking a Planning, Scheduling and Lean Student for our North American Headquarters (NAHQ) in Edmonton, Alberta , that is available for 8 months starting in January 2027 . This position will be under the direct supervisor of the Director Schedule Risk Management .
As a Planning, Scheduling and Lean Student, and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:
Responsibilities
- Collects and organizes field production records to develop PCL’s historic data.
- Assists with planning and coordination of PCL Planning, Scheduling and Lean Conference.
- Supports with the rollout of a new production tracking application.
- Aids in the software review for Planning, Scheduling, and Lean functions.
- Supports with documentation of PCL District reviews.
- Assists with updating Planning, Scheduling and Lean best practices & documentation.
- Assists with Planning, Scheduling and Lean initiatives and tools.
- Other related responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Strong desire to work in a construction environment; prior field construction experience is an asset.
