Role Overview
Lead planning and scheduling efforts for a high-profile building project in Qiddiya, Riyadh.
The role requires significant PMC and construction supervision experience and a deep understanding of project planning methodologies.
Planning and Reporting
- Review and provide detailed comments on contractor programmes and reports.
- Prepare programmes and chair contractor workshops supporting baseline acceptance, schedule monitoring, and reporting.
- Review and verify contractor daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Prepare regular reports for the Employer, corporate management, and executive management.
- Participate in weekly and monthly progress report preparation.
Progress and Claims
- Verify contractor progress against approved WIRs.
- Follow up on contractor site progress and report deviations from the approved baseline.
- Confirm daily report data and verify progress through site inspection as required.
- Analyze contractor delay claims and prepare reports and recommendations for the client.
