Responsibilities
- Define and implement build strategy and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for naval projects
- Support planning and coordination of shipbuilding processes from production to outfitting
- Manage and improve warehouse and logistics operations to ensure just in time supply and efficient material flow
- Monitor and update Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), self inspections, and quality plans
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, ISO 45001 standards and classification society rules
- Collaborate with production, QA/QC, logistics, and safety teams
- Apply and promote Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) measures within operations
- Use standard tools like MS Excel, Word, and planning software to support reporting and coordination
Requirements
- Degree in Naval Architecture or Technical Naval Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in naval shipbuilding projects (planning, logistics, or production related roles)
- Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes, quality systems, and logistics management
- Familiarity with classification society regulations (e.g., DNV, BV, Lloyd’s Register)
- Good knowledge of technical documentation and reporting standards
- English level B2 minimum
