Role Purpose
Lead end-to-end demand, supply, production and inventory planning for the Vision Care business.
Ensure product availability, optimized inventory and efficient use of manufacturing and distribution capacity while balancing service, cost and working-capital objectives.
S&OP and Demand Planning
- Lead the monthly S&OP/IBP cycle and consolidate demand, capacity, supply, inventory and financial plans.
- Lead statistical forecasting and market-input collection for lenses, coatings, consumables and related products.
- Manage forecast accuracy and bias by product family, channel and region.
Supply and Inventory Planning
- Develop supply and production plans across plants, laboratories, distribution centers and external suppliers.
