Position Overview
The position is for a Planning Engineer (MEP) in the UAE construction or contracting industry.
The role requires immediate joining availability.
The stated pay is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer in construction or contracting is stated.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring is required.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel is required.
- Candidates must be able to prepare progress reports, manpower histograms, and cash flow forecasts.
- Excellent coordination and communication with project and site teams is required.
- Knowledge of construction sequencing and methodology is required.
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication, time management, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- Immediate joining availability is required.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or other planning software.
- Prepare baseline programs, define critical paths, and establish project milestones.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Procurement teams for timely project execution.
