About the Role

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 4–7 years of UAE or GCC planning experience, ideally on high rise or large scale projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel; MS PowerPoint for reporting
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (civil, structural, MEP)
- Strong analytical, time‑management and organizational capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; proactive attitude

Position Overview
- A Construction Planning Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining the project baseline programme, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring project milestones are achieved on time.
- The role involves preparing weekly and monthly progress reports, analyzing planned versus actual performance, tracking critical activities, identifying delays, and coordinating with project teams to implement corrective actions.
- Using tools such as Primavera P6, the Planning Engineer supports effective project control, reporting, and timely project delivery.
