Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of planning experience in interior fit-out and construction projects within the UAE/GCC.
Experience in commercial, hospitality, residential, retail, healthcare, and office fit-out projects.
Experience in turnkey interior fit-out and bespoke joinery projects.
Experience preparing tender programs and recovery schedules.
Knowledge of Power BI or project reporting tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with authority requirements and construction regulations.
