Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align timelines and deliverables
- Analyze project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present planning reports, dashboards, and forecasts to senior management and clients
- Lead planning efforts across tendering, execution, and close out phases
- Integrate cost and resource data into schedules for earned value analysis
- Conduct delay analysis and support claims preparation when needed
- Mentor junior planners and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in project planning, preferably in large scale construction or engineering projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction methodologies
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with EPC projects (preferred)
- Knowledge of contract management and claims (preferred)
- Familiarity with BIM and 4D planning (preferred)
- Certification in PMP or PMI SP is a plus

About the Role
