Job Summary
Amberstone Properties is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong construction background.
The role manages project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
The position coordinates with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams to support delivery within schedule and budget.
Experience and Qualification
- Requires 8–15 years of experience.
- Requires a civil engineering or construction background.
- Experience with civil engineering, construction, or residential apartment projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Prepare baseline programs, detailed work schedules, and recovery programs.
- Monitor actual site progress against planned progress.
- Collect daily and weekly progress data and update schedules.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Track critical activities, milestones, and completion dates.
- Perform two-week, three-week, and monthly look-ahead planning.
- Identify delays, analyze causes, and recommend corrective actions.
