Requirements

  • · Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
  • · 5–8 years of planning experience in ELV/ICT projects within the UAE.
  • · Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
  • · Experience in resource loading including manpower and cost.
  • · Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, BMS, PA, Structured Cabling).
  • · Familiarity with MEP coordination and cross-disciplinary scheduling.
  • · Well-versed in EOT processes and schedule updating for forecast accuracy.
  • · Experience on UAE government or infrastructure projects.
  • · Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • · Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
