- Following cleaning rota to keep kitchen clean and tidy
- Carrying out all temperature checks as needed

- Chef experience: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Description

- Making sure all deliveries are checked into the restaurant to company standard.
- Making sure the correct stock rotation principles (FIFO) are adhered to.
- Making sure the correct par levels are maintained.

- Following the cleaning rota to make sure the kitchen is always kept clean and tidy.
