- Set up the kitchen ready for service
- Keep the kitchen clean and tidy during service
- Prepare, cook, and serve food to company standards
- Ensure food is served quickly and in correct order
- Communicate food shortages to manager and front of house
- Check deliveries to company standard
- Adhere to correct stock rotation principles (FIFO)
- Maintain correct par levels
- Record all food wastage accurately
- Follow cleaning rota to keep kitchen clean and tidy
- Carry out all temperature checks as needed
Requirements
- 2 years of chef experience
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Reliably commute or relocate to Dubai

Job Description
- Get free transport and duty meal
- Setting up the kitchen ready for service
- Making sure the kitchen is kept clean & tidy during the service
- Preparing, cooking & serving food to the highest company standards
- Making sure food is served quickly & in the correct order
- Communicating to the manager & front of house team about any food shortages before & during services
- Making sure all the deliveries are checked into the restaurant to company standard
- Making sure the correct stock rotation principles (FIFO) are adhered to
- Making sure the correct par levels are maintained
- Recording all food wastage accurately
- Following the cleaning Rota to make sure the kitchen is always kept clean & tidy
- Carrying out all the temperature checks as needed
Experience
- chef: 2 year (Preferred)
Pay
- AED2,300.00 AED2,500.00 per month
