As a Pizza Cook at Backyard Desert Ridge, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced sports bar environment.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in pizza preparation, thrives during high-volume service, and takes pride in producing consistent, exceptional pizzas with speed and accuracy.

You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure every guest receives outstanding food and service while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Stretch, top, and bake pizzas efficiently during high-volume service periods.
• Safely operate pizza ovens while maintaining proper cooking temperatures.
• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings for daily service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to kitchen management.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely ticket completion and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with food preparation and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards for every order.
• Follow all company recipes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
