A Barback assists in consistent delivery of exceptional service to every guest while interacting in a professional manner.

The Barback maintains the bar’s cleanliness and stocked bars for beverage service and preparation while upholding company standards and a safe work environment.

• Verify par levels for all product and equipment needs within the designated work area at the beginning of every shift. Ensure that all areas are well stocked and bring shortages and/or needs to the manager’s attention.
• Observe and anticipate guests’ needs. Must have the ability to manage time effectively with minimum supervision.
