- Handle fit up, alignment, welding, lowering, and backfilling operations
- Manage and coordinate welders, fitters, and helpers
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, alignment sheets, and project specifications
- Read and interpret isometric drawings and alignment sheets
- Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams
- Monitor welding quality and fit up activities
- Plan and execute daily site work efficiently
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Maintain high safety and quality standards at site
