Role Overview
Provide pipeline engineering technical support and expertise to oil and gas development, low-carbon solutions, and production operations.
Support pipeline design and engineering activities across concept, FEED, execution, and operations phases.
The role is based at ExxonMobil’s Bangalore Campus in India.
What You Will Do
- Develop lifecycle pipeline scopes, design philosophies, routing, hydraulics, wall thickness, material selection, and stability assessments.
- Support buckling, walking, installation, commissioning, constructability, and discipline interface activities.
- Develop pigging strategies, conduct piggability studies, select inspection tools, and analyze inspection data.
- Perform integrity assessments including fitness for service, corrosion, remaining life, and pipeline defect evaluations.
- Review project, vendor, and technical deliverables and participate in technical safety review workshops.
