Pipe mill inspector (Casual Part Time) Alberta

• Prefer at least eight (8) years experience with pipe related quality assurance systems
• Familiar with/able to interpret and understand a) national codes and standards and b) specifications, drawings and data sheets as they are related to mult-discipline construction and/or pipe projects
• Received high school/GED or higher education
• Fluent in English (i.e. reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with email and internet communication systems.

Ability to work well with others, multi-task, and is detailed oriented.

Valid Industry Certification preferred – Examples of such certifications include, but not limited to: AWS CWI, CWB Level 2, API 510, 570, SI, ASNT or CGSB NDT Level II, III.

NACE Level 1, 2 or 3

The hourly wage for this position is $20.00-$35.00/hour.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
