Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Pipe Fitter** to join our team for major water infrastructure projects in the GCC region, preferably with experience in the UAE.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in the installation, alignment, jointing, and maintenance of **large-diameter pipelines (DN 1600 mm and above)**.
- Hands-on experience with **Ductile Iron (DI), GRP, HDPE, and carbon steel water pipelines**. Large-diameter water transmission projects in the GCC commonly utilize DI and GRP pipelines in these size ranges.
- Experience in pipe laying, joint assembly, thrust blocks, hydrostatic testing, flushing, and commissioning activities.
- Familiarity with safe excavation practices, trench works, and lifting operations.
- GCC/UAE project experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install, align, and fit large-diameter water pipelines and fittings.
- Ensure proper jointing and assembly in accordance with project specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with supervisors, surveyors, and equipment operators during pipeline installation.
- Assist in pressure testing, disinfection, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain compliance with HSE and project quality standards.
