PIMS Pricing & Bundle Configuration Specialist

We're looking for someone who can confidently bridge the gap between business requirements and system configuration.

You will bring:

Experience configuring a PIMS, healthcare application, practice management system, ERP platform or similar enterprise software solution.

Strong understanding of service catalogues, billing structures, pricing methodologies and data mapping concepts.

The ability to translate business requirements into accurate system configurations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience testing workflows, troubleshooting issues and validating system outcomes.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

A structured approach to documentation, version control and change management.

Veterinary industry experience

Experience working with Vetera

Exposure to Specialty and Emergency veterinary workflows

Experience supporting software implementation or transformation projects. (Inferred from the project nature of the role.)
