Role Description
Full-time, on-site Pilates Instructor role based in Doha, Qatar.
Lead individual and group Pilates sessions tailored to client fitness levels and goals.
Provide safe, effective, and engaging workouts while supporting client progress and retention.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan class routines, demonstrate proper technique, and correct posture and alignment.
- Monitor client progress and advise on exercise modifications or complementary wellness practices.
- Answer client questions and provide attentive, client-focused service.
- Maintain a clean, organized studio and collaborate with management to promote classes and special programs.
Qualifications
- Recognized Pilates certification from an accredited training program, including mat and/or apparatus certification.
- Prior Pilates Instructor or fitness professional experience is preferred, especially in premium or hospitality-focused settings.
- Ability to work on-site in Doha and adapt to a multicultural clientele.
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic anatomy and biomechanics knowledge is required; CPR/First Aid certification is advantageous.
