Hotel Sales Manager role described as full-time and on-site.
The role develops sales strategies to drive room and event revenue.
The role builds relationships with corporate and leisure clients and manages key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business, prepare proposals and contracts, and conduct site visits.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote hotel offerings.
- Monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Work with operations and revenue management to optimize occupancy and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and solid sales management capabilities are required.
- Hotel or hospitality sales experience is required; managerial or supervisory experience is preferred.
- CRM and hotel sales systems proficiency, analytical and reporting skills, and English fluency are required.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
- Additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage.
