Work Location
- The work location is Doha, Qatar.
Job Purpose
Develop and implement pipeline pigging programs across company assets to support pipeline integrity and reliability within an optimized budget.
Minimize disturbance to base business activities while delivering planned pigging work.
Role Context
- The role reports to the Head of Pipeline and Subsea and has no direct reports.
- The specialist works frequently with onshore and offshore Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, service providers, and contractors.
- The role supports annual maintenance and inspection pigging campaigns and coordinates offshore and onshore interfaces.
Key Accountabilities
- Direct safe and efficient implementation of pipeline pigging programs.
- Analyse programs for procedural, tooling, planning, and execution improvements.
- Document campaign execution, lessons learned, contractor interfaces, and remote techno plug installation requirements.
- Review ILI pigging results and lead contractor follow-up until final reports are issued.
- Verify corrosion monitoring activities, including monthly fluid analysis, data analysis, reporting, and follow-up.
