Role Overview

Compensation

• The stated pay range is $43,300 to $56,700 CAD.
• The role is eligible for commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation and updates for Investment Advisors before client meetings.
• Create account reports, communicate about products and services, and identify referral opportunities.
• Accept or create leads and maintain accurate referral coding administration.
• Submit marketing pieces for approval and compile client information packages.
• Maintain marketing materials and follow account documentation and marketing compliance requirements.
• Respond to phone, mail, and electronic enquiries using full-service brokerage knowledge.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience while exercising discretion and managing priorities.
• Follow policies and procedures and maintain risk management practices.
• Improve performance using client insights and keep team members informed about progress and issues.
