Key Responsibilities
- Provide physiotherapy to patients of all ages
- Undertake and record a thorough assessment using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Accompany the Clinical Manager in visiting patients’ homes to complete assessments
- Provide appropriate advice based on the patient’s medical, social and cultural circumstances
- Plan and deliver individual physiotherapy treatment programs
- Create progress plans with the patients and their family to understand their targets and goals
- Communicate highly sensitive and complex information in an understandable way
- Adapt best practices on patient care management
- Provide monthly reports on the cases handled along with the patient’s status
- Participate in developing clinical SOP on rehabilitation treatment
- Ensure the schedule provided is realistic and can be achieved weekly
- Complete progress reports and provide to the Clinical Manager on a daily basis
Essential Education & Experience
- DHA license – Physiotherapist
- Physiotherapy degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years’ working experience
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- Good rapport with patients
- In depth knowledge of best practices and policies
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast paced environment
- Passionate about the role and have a fondness for caring for people
- Aware of the DHA homecare standards/requirements for Physiotherapy services
Pay
- AED 6,000.00 AED 8,000.00 per month
