Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
Knowledge and Abilities
Develops and implements a life-long post-graduate education plan
Responsible for accurate observation/documentation of patient related info.
Ability to plan, organize/coordinate efforts with other team members
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others as required
Initiative & judgment to plan implement/modify treatment programs for clients
Demonstrates responsible care and use of equipment and supplies
Ability to identify equipment repair needs and monitor supplies for ordering
Ability to be proactive and creative in decision making
Ability to integrate ideas into a team treatment approach
Promote professional development of staff and engender job satisfaction
Ability to promote a collaborative and team approach
Strong initiative and independent judgement to solve complex problems
