Role Overview
Physical Security Officer responsible for delivering a compliant and efficient airport pass service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
The role is with Dubai Air Navigation Services and is based at Dubai International Airport or Maktoum International Airport depending on operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support employees, contractors, and visitors with pass applications and supporting documentation.
- Ensure pass documentation complies with current requirements, policies, and statutory obligations.
- Follow procedures for all airport security and other pass types.
- Keep pass application procedures, internal processes, and policies current.
- Liaise with police, airport pass offices, airport authorities, and applicants.
- Track applications and keep applicants informed of progress.
- Maintain databases, files, and trackers for operational, statutory, and audit requirements.
- Answer telephone calls, redirect calls, and pass messages appropriately.
- Follow information security policies and attend required awareness sessions.
- Perform related duties as directed by senior management.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of data processing and administration experience.
