Job Overview
- Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Teacher of Physical Education to join Muna British Academy in Abu Dhabi, commencing in the 2026 2027 academic year.
- Due to operational requirements, we are currently seeking a female teacher for this position.
- Muna British Academy relocated to a state of the art campus in Saadiyat Lagoons in August 2025, welcoming students from FS1 to Year 8, with plans to extend to Year 13.
Key Task and Main Duties
- Assist in the day to day running of the PE department, taking responsibilities for administration tasks, displays, and supporting lessons.
- Monitor and maintain PE equipment and storage.
- Support PE staff in the creation of lesson resources.
- Contribute to the school's extensive squad provision.
- Perform basic administration duties for the PE department.
- Communicate with external agencies regarding fixtures and sports events.
- Maintain the learning environment in PE.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
- Minimum 1 2 years teaching experience.
- Previous experience working with students whose first language is not English.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child.
- A high level of professionalism and consideration of the well being of children.
- Recent and consistent involvement in extra curricular activities.
- A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
