Role Overview

Photography and Video Production

• Capture interior, exterior, lifestyle, and architectural photography for luxury properties.
• Produce listing images, agent portraits, event photography, and brand content.
• Plan and execute cinematic property tours, developer showcases, interviews, events, and branded content.
• Capture high-quality B-roll, lifestyle footage, and social media content.
• Adapt filming style for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Editing and Delivery

• Edit and retouch photographs using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop while maintaining natural luxury aesthetics.
• Deliver images optimized for Property Finder, Bayut, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Maintain consistent Luxarabia branding across all video content.
• Ensure deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines.

Aerial Production and Equipment

• Operate professional camera equipment with attention to composition, movement, exposure, and focus.
• Capture aerial footage of properties, communities, and Dubai landmarks.
• Plan flights, conduct pre-flight equipment checks, and maintain drone equipment.
• Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, drones, audio equipment, and accessories in excellent working condition.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience operating professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, audio equipment, and drones.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, storytelling, colour grading, and visual branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
