• Use AI tools to develop property visuals, creative concepts and marketing content.
• Develop creative assets for property launches, campaigns, events and promotions.

Marketing Materials

• Design brochures, flyers, business cards, presentations, digital advertisements and event materials.
• Adapt creative assets to different formats, dimensions and platform requirements.
• Communicate property features, lifestyle and investment opportunities through content.

Collaboration and Delivery

• Collaborate with marketing and community management teams on content ideas and campaigns.
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery and visual style.
• Support urgent creative requests and stay current with social media, design, AI and real estate marketing trends.
• Organize creative files, deliver assets accurately and on time, and implement feedback revisions.

Requirements

• Previous professional content creation experience within real estate is preferred.
• A strong portfolio should demonstrate digital content, graphic design and marketing materials.
• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills are required.
• Experience using AI image and video generation tools is required.
• A good understanding of social media content and digital marketing is required.
• Candidates must adapt creative content across platforms and formats.
