Responsibilities
- Produce premium quality visual content including corporate videos, commercials, social media campaigns, real estate videos, product videos, event coverage, food and beverage content, fashion and beauty content, fitness content, interviews, podcasts, and branded storytelling projects
- Manage the entire content creation process from concept development and production planning to filming, photography, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and final delivery
- Direct talent during shoots and ensure high quality cinematography
- Stay up to date with industry trends, filming techniques, content formats, and social media best practices
- Work directly with clients and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Portfolio attachment is a must
- Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
- Experience with motion graphics, advanced color grading, and drone videography is a strong advantage
- Own professional production equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, tripods, gimbals, etc.) preferred
- Ability to manage entire content creation process independently from concept to delivery
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, directing talent, lighting techniques, and camera operation
- Creative, self motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized

Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator / Cinematographer to join Arabesc Digital in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will produce premium quality visual content that reflects commercial advertising and film production quality.
Responsibilities
- Produce a wide variety of content across multiple industries including corporate videos, commercial advertisements, social media campaigns, real estate videos, product videos, event coverage, food and beverage content, fashion and beauty content, fitness content, interviews, podcasts, and branded st
- Manage the entire content creation process independently from concept development and production planning to filming, photography, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and final delivery.
- Direct talent during shoots and ensure high quality cinematography.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, filming techniques, content formats, and social media best practices.
Requirements
- PORTFOLIO ATTACHMENT IS A MUST
- Strong proficiency in professional editing and post production software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with motion graphics, advanced color grading, and drone videography is considered a strong advantage.
- Preference given to candidates who own and maintain their own professional production equipment.
- Creative, self motivated, detail oriented, highly organized, and capable of taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation
- AED 6,000 per month during an initial 3 month evaluation period.
- Following evaluation period, salary and compensation will be reviewed based on individual performance, quality of work, level of responsibility, contribution to company growth, and overall value.
