Responsibilities
- Capture and process image/video until desired results achieved
- Capture different variety of shots (wide, panoramic, high/low angle, candid, beauty, etc.)
- Improve image/video quality using editing software and innovative techniques
- Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications
- Create engaging, informative and motivating images/videos focused on target audience
- Direct participants of their role in photo/video shoots
- Archive all edited photographic/video clips and maintain organized database
- Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Use appropriate colors and layouts for each photo
- Work with Marketing Division to produce final image/video
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and in line with brand guidelines
- Build and manage a photography calendar
Requirements
- Proven professional shooting experience
- Eye catching portfolio
- Proficient with traditional and modern equipment
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography specific software
- Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques
- Knowledge of production process for online publishing and various printing applications
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Photography degree or similar qualification
- Good time management skills

Role Overview
- We are looking for a passionate Visual Content Creator to capture moments on film and use images to tell a story.
- Achieve technical, qualitative and quantitative goals while meeting project’s needs and deadlines.

- Capture and process image/video until you achieve desired results.
- Capture different variety of shots (extreme wide, panoramic, high/low angle, candid, beauty, etc.).
- Improve image/video quality using various editing software & innovative techniques (e.g., 360 degree shots/videos).
- Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications.
