Overview
We're looking for a passionate **Intern Photographer** to join our creative team.
You'll work hands-on with our video editor, designer, and social media leads to capture content for client campaigns, product shoots, and DigiExpo's own brand reels.
This is a learning-heavy role for someone serious about building a career in commercial photography.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot product photography for e-commerce clients (Gulfura, Minitoys.ae, ShopCubi, and others)
- Capture BTS, event coverage, and on-location shoots across Dubai
- Assist on DVC/reel productions for DigiExpo and client brands
- Edit and retouch images in Lightroom and Photoshop to brand standards
- Organize and maintain the photo library and shoot archives
- Support the video team with stills, lighting setup, and equipment handling
- Collaborate with designers and social media managers to deliver content on deadline
Requirements
- Must hold a valid UAE residence visa* (spouse, parent, freelance, or student visa) — NOC required if applicable
- Diploma or degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or related field (or strong portfolio in lieu)
- Working knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting
- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- A portfolio (Instagram, Behance, or PDF) showing range — products, people, lifestyle
- Eye for composition, color, and detail
- Ability to take direction, work fast, and meet deadlines
- Nice to Have
- Experience with video (basic Premiere Pro or CapCut)
- Knowledge of e-commerce/product photography standards
- Drone or 360° photography exposure
- Arabic language skills
