Phlebotomist- Freelance

Amara Healthcare/The Institute of Preventive Medicine is seeking experienced and patient-focused Freelance Phlebotomists to join our expanding healthcare services team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for blood collection, specimen handling, and providing professional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy.

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures safely and efficiently

Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling

Maintain infection control and hygiene standards at all times

Handle, store, and transport laboratory specimens appropriately

Provide a professional and compassionate experience for patients

Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Coordinate with healthcare professionals and laboratory teams when required

Ensure compliance with DHA/healthcare regulations and company protocols

Diploma or certification in Phlebotomy or relevant healthcare qualification

Previous experience as a Phlebotomist preferred

Valid DHA Eligibility/License is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible shifts and travel if required

Professional appearance and patient-centered approach

Experience in homecare, clinic, or preventive healthcare services

Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and specimen handling

Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits
