Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus analytical and mathematical skills needed to process and interpret information accurately required.
At least two years of pharmacy and customer service experience supporting clinics, providers, or comparable customer-facing operations preferred.
College coursework or a degree in a science-related field that strengthens understanding of pharmacy and medication-related information required.
