Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and high-quality patient care.
Perform duties in accordance with UAE and DOH requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and activities of the pharmacy.
- Ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medications.
- Review prescriptions and ensure compliance with DOH regulations and pharmacy standards.
- Supervise and guide pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality service.
- Maintain pharmacy records, documentation, and controlled medication records.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, and stock monitoring.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and expiry monitoring of medications.
- Monitor compliance with DOH regulations, policies, and pharmacy procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related matters.
- Counsel patients on proper medication use and provide professional pharmaceutical advice.
- Address pharmacy-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- Valid DOH Pharmacist License.
- Minimum three years of relevant pharmacy experience, preferably in a supervisory or in-charge role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE and DOH pharmacy regulations and requirements.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage pharmacy operations independently and effectively.
Pay
- AED 1,111.00 to AED 2,222.00 per month.
