Responsibilities
- Coordinate end to end pet relocation services, including import, export, and transit arrangements
- Prepare and review all relocation documents, including health certificates, import permits, export permits, customs documentation, and airline paperwork
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, destination country requirements, airline policies, and international animal transportation standards
- Liaise with government authorities, veterinary clinics, airlines, freight agents, customs officials, and international relocation partners
- Advise clients on vaccination schedules, microchipping, quarantine requirements, laboratory tests, and travel preparations
- Book flights and coordinate travel itineraries while ensuring the safest and most efficient transport for pets
- Track relocation progress and provide regular updates to clients throughout the process
- Resolve issues related to documentation, customs clearance, flight changes, or regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of relocation cases and ensure all documentation is properly filed
- Stay informed of changes in international pet travel regulations, airline policies, and government requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and providing professional guidance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in pet relocation
- Thorough knowledge of UAE import and export procedures for pets
- Strong understanding of international pet travel regulations and airline requirements
- Experience dealing with government authorities, customs, and veterinary regulatory bodies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relocation management systems
- Fluency in English

Overview
