Overview
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist with a background in the pet care industry to manage our new pet care e-commerce platform.
**About the Role** You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our online store and marketplace, managing product listings, inventory, and sales performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our Shopify storefront including product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Handle inventory tracking and management through Zoho Inventory across all sales channels
- Manage Amazon Seller Central listings, FBA shipments, and account health
- Source and onboard pet care products and brands aligned with our store standards
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and recommendations
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely fulfillment
Requirements
- Proven experience with Shopify, Zoho Inventory, and Amazon Seller Central
- Previous experience working in the pet care or pet products industry
- Strong knowledge of pet care products, categories, and leading brands
- Ability to write clear, SEO-friendly product descriptions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work independently in a part-time, flexible setup
